About Dance Company at Virginia Tech: The Dance Company at Virginia Tech is a student organization with a purpose of fitness, friendship, artistic expression, and performance service. Although our members come from a variety of dance backgrounds, we share a common bond in our love for dance. This combination of style and skill are what makes DCVT unique. Our abilities cross a wide range of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, and pointe. Because we are student run, all choreography is created by our members and is original to DCVT.
